Credit/debit cards

Your credit/debit card details are not seen by Bannerama at any time. All credit/debit card transactions are handled securely by NOCHEX or Paypal. Once you have personalised your banner and entered your details you will be asked to confirm your order, you will then be taken to the Nochex or Paypal secure site to enter your card details.

International Orders
There is an extra cost of £10 delivery of BANNERS for international orders, and £3 for deliveries to Republic of Ireland.

We cannot post MUGS and T-SHIRTS outside UK.

All products on this site are sold in pounds sterling (GBP), prices in US dollars are approximate. The exact exchange rate will be calculated by your credit card company. For a more accurate conversion please see our currency converter.

Delivery/Shipping of BANNERS
Most banners are printed and despatched either on the day they are ordered or on the next working day. For next day delivery banners must be ordered before 10am using the Express or Courier delivery options. We do not guarantee a Saturday delivery.

Banners are sent to you in a postal tube and when the event is over can be rolled up and kept in the box as a memento of the occasion. As many banners are used at surprise parties we do not print the Bannerama logo on the outside of the postal tube, the return address is listed but as our company name, HTD Graphics Ltd, which gives no indication of the contents.

Standard Delivery banners are sent using First Class post and do not need a signature, however, the parcel is large and the postman may not leave if nobody at home. For Special Delivery and Courier Delivery please give a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the parcels. The Royal Mail or Courier may not leave parcels and return them to the local Sorting Office for collection.

* Courier delivery is only available to mainland UK destinations excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland and Islands.

Delivery/Shipping of MUGS and T-SHIRTS

Production of MUGS and T-SHIRTS takes longer and will be sent separately to banner order, but we aim to deliver in approx 5 working days, we do not send these items by Special Delivery. Mugs and T-shirts are only available for UK delivery.

Guarantee
We promise to supply the correct banner to you using the personalisation details which you supply on your order form. If we get it wrong or if the banner is damaged in the post please tell us immediately, return the banner for us to investigate the problem, and we will replace or refund the cost of the banner and the return postage. Be sure to check all spellings in the order form before sending to us as we cannot replace banners if the details supplied were incorrect.
